CBPR Terms and Policies
1. Website Terms of Use
These terms apply to your use of cheekybeaks.org.za. By using the site you agree to them, so if you do not agree, please do not use it. Last updated: [date].
Who we are
Cheeky Beaks Parrot Rescue ("CBPR", "we", "us") is a non-profit company with enterprise number 2019/633/199/08 and a registered non-profit organisation, NPO 246-693. We run a national parrot rescue, rehabilitation and rehoming network through foster homes and volunteers across South Africa. We do not have a public premises, so the best ways to reach us are info@cheekybeaks.org.za and WhatsApp on +27 72 333 2207. Our registered address is [registered address].
What this site is for
The site explains our work, lists parrots that are in our care, takes applications to adopt, foster or surrender, and lets people donate, sponsor a bird and buy from our shop.
A bird that appears on an adoption page is not an offer to hand that bird over. Statuses such as Available, Sponsorable, Fosterable and Reserved describe where a bird is in our process on the day the page was updated, and they can change quickly. A parrot is only rehomed after the full adoption process in our Adoption and Rehoming Terms has been completed and the written agreement has been signed.
Information and advice
The articles, blog posts, infographics and FAQs on this site are written by volunteers and rescue team members to share what we have learned. They are general guidance and not veterinary advice. Parrots hide illness well, so if your bird seems unwell, please see an avian vet and do not rely on home remedies or advice from social media for anything serious. We try to keep our content accurate and current, but laws, permit rules and best practice change, and we cannot promise that every page is up to date.
Using the site
You agree to use the site honestly and lawfully. In particular, you agree not to:
-
give false or misleading information in an application or enquiry, or submit several applications with conflicting answers
-
use the site to advertise, sell or arrange the sale of birds, or to find birds for breeding
-
copy, scrape or collect content or contact details from the site by automated means
-
harass, threaten or abuse our team members, fosters or volunteers, online or offline
-
try to interfere with the site's security or operation
We may refuse or end access to the site, decline an application or block a person who breaks these rules.
Our content and yours
The text, photographs, graphics, logo and design on this site belong to CBPR or are used with the permission of the owner. You may share links to our pages and our social media posts. Please ask us before you copy or republish anything else, and please do not reuse photographs of our birds, fosters or volunteers for any purpose of your own. If you send us photos, stories or other material, you confirm that you own it or have permission to share it, and you allow us to use it to promote our work, with credit where you have asked for it.
[Optional, delete if it does not apply: We sometimes take photographs and video at our events and post them on our social media. If you would rather not appear, please tell a team member on the day.]
Links to other sites
The site links to services we do not control, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Google Forms, PayPal, SnapScan and the websites of small businesses we support. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for them.
Availability
We do our best to keep the site running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, pause or remove parts of it without notice.
Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, CBPR is not liable for any loss or damage that results from using this site or relying on its content, including loss caused by a link, a delay or a technical fault. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or any other law that cannot be limited by agreement.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and using the site after a change means you accept the new version.
Law and complaints
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. If you have a complaint, please email info@cheekybeaks.org.za first and we will reply within [10] business days. If you buy from our shop and we cannot resolve the problem, you may take it to the National Consumer Commission. Any legal dispute will be heard by a South African court with jurisdiction, and we agree that the [Magistrates' Court / High Court] in [city] may hear it.

2. Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal information Cheeky Beaks Parrot Rescue collects, why we need it, who sees it and what your rights are under the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA). Last updated: [date].
Who is responsible for your information
Cheeky Beaks Parrot Rescue NPC (enterprise number 2019/633/199/08, NPO 246-693) is the responsible party. Our Information Officer is [name], who can be reached at [email address] or on +27 72 333 2207. Our registered address is [registered address].
What we collect and where it comes from
Most of what we hold comes directly from you. It depends on how you deal with us.
-
Adoption, fostering and surrender applications. Your name, contact details, province and address, who lives in your home, other animals you keep, your experience with birds, your vet, your bird setup and answers about your circumstances and ability to cover a bird's costs. [Confirm whether copies of ID documents are requested.]
-
Home checks and meet-and-greets. Notes and photographs of your home and bird setup, and feedback from the volunteer or foster who met you. Home check volunteers are briefed on our criteria, sign our documents and report back in writing. [Confirm whether they also sign a confidentiality undertaking, and add it here if so.]
-
Adoption records. Your invoice, the signed agreement, wellness certificates from your vet, messages with our team and any follow-up we do after the adoption.
-
Found and surrendered birds. The contact details of the person who surrendered or found a bird, where the bird was found and anything they tell us about its history.
-
Contact form. Your first name, email address, phone number, province, subject and message.
-
Donations and sponsorships. Your first and last name, email address, the purpose you choose, the name of the bird you sponsor and the amount. Payments are made through SnapScan, PayPal or our payment provider, so we do not see or store your card details.
-
Cage donations. Your name, email address, phone number, province and the condition of the cage.
-
Shop and gift card orders. Your name, contact details, delivery address and order details.
-
Website use. Technical information such as your device, browser and pages visited, collected through cookies. Our Cookie Policy explains this.
-
Social media and messaging. What you send us on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and similar platforms.
Providing the information marked as required on our forms is necessary for us to deal with you. If you leave it out, we may not be able to assess an application, process an order or answer your enquiry. Everything else is voluntary.
Why we use your information
We use your information to:
-
assess applications and match birds with suitable homes, including home checks and meet-and-greets
-
carry out adoption, fostering and surrender agreements and follow up on how a bird is doing
-
place found birds, reunite them with owners and work with sanctuaries and other rescues
-
process donations, sponsorships and shop orders and issue receipts
-
reply to your enquiries
-
meet legal duties, including tax, record-keeping and the permit rules for restricted species
-
keep our site and systems secure and improve them
-
protect the welfare of the birds in our care
Our reasons are your consent where you give it, the agreements we enter into with you, our legal obligations, and our legitimate interest in making sure every bird goes to a safe, suitable home.
Applications are decided by our team after discussion. We do not use automated decision making.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for other organisations' marketing. We share it only as far as needed with:
-
our team members, fosters and home check volunteers, who see what they need for the task in front of them
-
avian vets, sanctuaries, transporters and partner rescues involved in a bird's care or placement
-
service providers that run parts of our work, such as Wix (our website, shop and forms), Google (Google Forms and email), PayPal and SnapScan (payments), and our accountants or auditors
-
the authorities where the law requires it or where we need to report suspected cruelty, for example the NSPCA, the SAPS, SARS or the Information Regulator
These providers may only use your information to provide their service to us.
Storing information outside South Africa
Some of our providers, including Wix, Google and PayPal, store information on servers outside South Africa. We only use providers that commit to protecting information to a standard comparable to POPIA, and we transfer your information only where POPIA allows it.
Photographs and stories
We will ask before we post photographs or stories about you, your family or your bird on our social media or website, and you can ask us to take them down.
Children
Our services are for adults. Where an application mentions children in your household, we use that information only to judge whether a bird will suit your home.
Newsletters and fundraising messages
We will only send you newsletters or requests for donations by email, SMS or WhatsApp if you have agreed to receive them. Donating, adopting or contacting us does not by itself sign you up. Every message will tell you how to opt out, and you can also write to us at any time.
How long we keep it
-
Adopters and fosters: for as long as the adoption or foster arrangement runs, and for [number] years afterwards so that we can follow up and enforce the agreement.
-
Applicants who are not matched yet: we keep your application on our system so you do not have to reapply for every bird, until you ask us to remove it or for [24] months of no activity.
-
Financial and donation records: for as long as the law requires, which is usually five to seven years.
-
Declined or removed applicants: where we declined or ended an arrangement for animal welfare reasons, we may keep a record for as long as it is needed so that we do not later rehome a bird to a person who put one at risk.
When we no longer need information, we delete or destroy it securely.
How we protect it
We limit access to those who need it, keep information on password-protected systems and use providers with recognised security standards. If there is a security breach that puts your information at risk, we will tell the Information Regulator and you, as POPIA requires.
Your rights
You may ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it or to stop using it, and you may withdraw any consent you gave at any time. Email our Information Officer at [email address] and we will respond within 30 days. We may need to confirm who you are first. Deleting some records may not be possible where we must keep them by law, or to protect a bird's welfare or to enforce an agreement, and if so we will explain why.
Complaints
Please raise a concern with us first so that we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Regulator at POPIAComplaints@inforegulator.org.za or on 010 023 5200 (inforegulator.org.za).
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy, and we will change the date at the top when we do.
3. Cookie Policy
This policy explains how cheekybeaks.org.za uses cookies and similar technologies, and how you can control them. It should be read with our Privacy Policy. Last updated: [date].
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website saves on your phone or computer. They help a site remember who you are between pages, keep a shopping basket working and show the people running the site how it is being used.
The cookies we use
Essential cookies keep the site secure and working, remember your basket and checkout, and keep you logged in if you create a login. The site cannot work without them, so we do not ask before using them. Preference cookies remember choices such as your cookie settings, and we do not ask before using these either.
Analytics cookies tell us which pages are visited and how people find us, so we can improve the site. Marketing and embedded content cookies are set by services such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok where their content or buttons appear on our pages. We only use these two types if you say yes.
Who sets them
Some cookies come from us, and some come from the services that help us run the site, mainly Wix, which hosts the site and shop. Others come from the social platforms and payment services we link to. These companies have their own cookie and privacy policies, and we do not control them.
Your choices
When you first visit the site, a banner lets you accept or decline cookies that are not essential. You can change your mind at any time through the cookie settings link at the bottom of the page [confirm the link exists]. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block essential cookies, parts of the site, such as the shop and checkout, may stop working.
Changes
We may update this policy when the site changes, and the date at the top will show when we did. If you have questions, email info@cheekybeaks.org.za.
4. Adoption and Rehoming Terms
These terms explain how adoption, fostering and sponsoring work at Cheeky Beaks Parrot Rescue and what we expect from the people we work with. They sit alongside the written agreement you sign for a particular bird, and if the two ever differ, that signed agreement applies. Last updated: [date].
We do not sell birds
CBPR rehomes surrendered, neglected, lost and abandoned parrots. We do not sell birds and we do not help people sell theirs. The adoption fee covers the cost of rehoming, as explained below.
How adoption works
-
Apply online. You can apply at any time. We review applications when a bird becomes available, so we cannot reply to each one, and not hearing from us does not mean you were declined. Your application stays on our system so you do not need to reapply for the next bird.
-
Home check. If your application looks promising, a trained volunteer will do a home check, in person or virtually. They assess whether your home suits birds in general, not a specific bird, and they have no say in who is chosen.
-
Improvements, if needed. If something in your setup needs changing, we will tell you what and how, and carry on once it is done.
-
Meet and greet. We try to arrange for you to meet one or more birds that we think suit your home. This is not always the bird you first applied for. Meeting the bird is expected, and we only waive it in very special circumstances.
-
The team decides. Placement decisions are made by the team together, using your application, the home check, our conversations with you and the foster's feedback on how the bird responded. A meet and greet does not guarantee an adoption.
-
Invoice and agreement. Once there is a match, we send an invoice and you sign the adoption agreement. The bird goes home with you after that.
Fosters do not get first option on the birds they look after, and fostering is not a shortcut to adoption.
What we ask of adopters
We look for a home that can meet the following, and we do not make exceptions because someone is keen.
-
A suitable cage. Cages are not included. Sometimes the foster's cage can be bought at a reasonable price, which helps pay for birds that need long treatment. Otherwise you provide a new or decent second-hand cage of the right size, and we will not rehome a bird into an inadequate one.
-
Financial stability. You must be able to pay for food, enrichment and veterinary care, including emergencies.
-
Transport. You must be able to visit the bird in its foster home and get it to a vet in an emergency.
-
An avian vet. You need access to a veterinarian experienced with birds, and we can help you find one.
-
Knowledge and willingness to learn. You should have researched proper care and be ready to keep learning.
-
A safe, separate space. Birds must be kept apart from predators such as cats, dogs and snakes, and nobody may smoke near them.
-
No breeding. We will not rehome a bird to any home where animals are being bred, for profit or otherwise.
-
Honesty. Please answer every question truthfully. Conflicting applications from the same person are a red flag for us.
-
Patience. We are a volunteer-run organisation, so processes take time. A message to the team member handling your case is the best way to follow up, and please do not message every team member at once.
Home checks
A home check is there to confirm the information on your application and make sure the home suits a bird. Volunteers record their findings in writing and may take photographs, and we handle those records as set out in our Privacy Policy.
Adoption fee
The adoption fee depends on the species and is always disclosed to you in writing before you are invoiced. It covers administration, travel for home checks and transport, a health check and medical treatment for the bird, and a contribution to emergency veterinary costs for other birds in our care. We are a non-profit, and the money goes back into the rescue. The fee is payable before the bird is handed over. [Add your refund position, for example whether the fee is refundable if the adoption falls through before handover.]
Health checks
We ask that the adopter or the previous owner books a check-up with a registered avian vet directly before or after the adoption, and sends us a copy of the signed wellness certificate. Where we can, we test rehomed parrots for common contagious diseases such as Psittacine Beak and Feather Disease and avian chlamydia before they go to a new home. If neither party can arrange the check-up, a volunteer or team member may help with transport or cost.
Restricted species and permits
Some parrots, including Rose-ringed (Indian Ringneck) Parakeets, are declared Category B invasive species in South Africa, and owning, breeding or transporting them requires a permit from the Department of Forestry, Fisheries and the Environment. We will not consider an applicant for one of these birds until we see a valid permit or proof that an application has been submitted and paid for. Fosters of restricted species must hold valid permits too. Permits are issued per bird and linked to a ring or microchip number, and the fees, rules and processing times are set by the Department and can change, so please check with them at AISPermits@environment.gov.za.
After the adoption
-
Waiting period. After you adopt, you cannot adopt again for a set period, usually between 3 and 6 months depending on the bird. It gives your new bird time to settle and gives other applicants a chance. We may shorten or extend it where there is a good reason.
-
Follow-up. We usually add adopters to a WhatsApp group and check in to see how things are going. We are glad to help with diet, cage setup and training.
-
Your bird stays protected. You agree not to sell, give away, breed or rehome the bird to anyone else. If you can no longer keep it, please contact us and we will take the bird back and rehome it properly.
-
Welfare concerns. We have no legal power to confiscate birds. If we are worried about a bird, we will first ask you for the information or access we are entitled to under your agreement, and where there is suspected cruelty we may report it to the NSPCA as the Animals Protection Act 71 of 1962 allows.
Sponsoring and fostering
Some birds are not ready for adoption because they are still being treated or rehabilitated. These are marked Sponsorable or Fosterable. Sponsoring a bird supports its care, and a sponsorship does not give you any claim to adopt that bird. Fosters must be approved by the team and follow the same welfare standards as adopters.
How we decide
We may decline an application, or end the process, for any reason that relates to a bird's welfare or the suitability of the match, and we are not obliged to give detailed reasons. We apply the same standards to every applicant. We do not make decisions based on race, religion, gender or similar characteristics. Because parrots live for many years, and some species for decades, we also consider whether there is a realistic plan for the bird's whole life.
Respect for our team
Our volunteers give their own time. Abuse, threats or pressure directed at the team, fosters or volunteers may lead us to end an application.
Questions or complaints
If you think we have handled your application unfairly, email info@cheekybeaks.org.za and ask for the matter to be raised with the full team. We will reply within [10] business days.
5. Surrender and Found Birds Policy
This page explains what happens when someone asks us to take in a parrot they can no longer keep, or when someone finds a bird that looks like someone's pet. Last updated: [date].
Surrendering a bird
Our main work is taking in parrots that their owners can no longer look after. We rely on voluntary surrenders, because we do not have the legal authority to confiscate birds.
We work through foster homes rather than a single facility, with team members in the Western Cape, Eastern Cape, Gauteng and KwaZulu-Natal, and we are most active in Gauteng and the Western Cape. We can help with birds anywhere in the country, but we cannot always take a bird in straight away. Space depends on the foster homes we have available, the species and the bird's medical and behavioural needs.
To start, please contact us through the contact page or on WhatsApp and tell us about the bird: species, age, health, history, how long you have had it and why you need to rehome it. Honest answers help us place the bird safely, and the surrender agreement asks you to confirm that what you told us is true.
-
A written agreement is signed. When a bird is surrendered, ownership passes to CBPR and the surrendering person no longer has a say in where the bird goes. [Check against your agreement.]
-
No sale and no payment. We do not buy birds or pay for them, and we do not help people sell birds. Please do not advertise the bird as "free to a good home" while we are helping you.
-
Health care. We try to give every bird a health check and any treatment it needs before it is rehomed. [State whether surrendering owners are asked to contribute to veterinary costs.]
-
Temporary arrangements. In some cases you may be able to keep the bird with you until we find a suitable foster home, or we may move the bird to a halfway house first.
-
Where the bird goes. A bird that is ready for a family home is listed for adoption. Birds that struggle in a home environment may be placed with a private or public sanctuary instead.
-
Restricted species. If your bird is a Rose-ringed (Indian Ringneck) Parakeet or another listed species, tell us about its permit so that we can handle the paperwork properly.
Found and stray birds
If you have found a parrot, please keep it somewhere quiet, warm and secure, offer water and suitable food and take it to an avian vet if it looks injured or ill. Please contact us rather than rehoming the bird yourself, because it almost certainly belongs to someone who is looking for it.
We can place found birds in foster care and share them on our social media and on the ParrotAlert database to help locate the owner. Stray birds are never put up for adoption, however long they go unclaimed. We keep networking them, usually from long-term foster care, until the owner is found.
If you think a bird we have posted is yours, we will ask for proof of ownership such as photographs over time, a ring or microchip number, vet records or details only the owner would know. [State whether the owner is asked to cover veterinary costs on collection.]
Suspected cruelty
We are a rescue and rehoming network, not an enforcement body. If you think an animal is being abused or neglected, please contact your local SPCA or the NSPCA, which have the legal powers to investigate under the Animals Protection Act 71 of 1962.
Your information
We use the details you give us as set out in our Privacy Policy.
6. Donation and Sponsorship Terms
These terms cover money, goods and sponsorships given to Cheeky Beaks Parrot Rescue. We are a non-profit company (NPC 2019/633/199/08) and a registered NPO (246-693), and every donation goes towards the care and rehoming of the birds in our network. Last updated: [date].
Ways to give
You can donate through the form on our Donate page, by EFT, SnapScan, or by PayPal to @CheekyBeaks. Please only use the payment details published on this website or on our official social media pages. Money given to the CARE account goes towards veterinary bills and the wellbeing of the animals in our care.
How we use your donation
We use donations for our work: veterinary care, food, medication, enrichment, transport, supplies for fosters and the running costs of the rescue. Where you choose a purpose, or name a bird to sponsor, we will use your gift for that purpose. If it is no longer possible, for example because the bird has been adopted or has passed away, we will use the money for other birds with similar needs. [Add a rule for large gifts, such as contacting the donor first above R[amount].] Our financial records are available on request, and you are welcome to ask how the money has been spent.
Sponsoring a bird
Some birds are in long-term foster care or rehabilitation and are marked Sponsorable on our adoption pages. You can sponsor one of them in either of two ways:
-
a monthly debit order, with a minimum of R100 a month recommended for long-term cases
-
a hamper of the value of R300, which includes healthy formulated food, toys and perches from small businesses we support
A sponsorship supports the bird's care. It does not give you ownership of the bird, any right to adopt it or any right to decide how it is looked after. We will share updates when we can, but we cannot promise a particular frequency. Hamper contents may change depending on what our suppliers have in stock. You may stop a monthly sponsorship at any time by emailing info@cheekybeaks.org.za, and the change will apply from the next payment date.
Refunds
Donations are voluntary gifts, so they are not normally refundable. If you made a mistake, such as a duplicate payment or a wrong amount, please contact us within [30] days with proof of payment and we will put it right.
Tax
At present Cheeky Beaks Parrot Rescue is not yet approved to issue Section 18A tax certificates, so donations to us are not tax deductible. We can issue a receipt or an acknowledgement letter on request.
Donating goods
-
Toys. We welcome donations of safe bird toys and prefer that you buy from the small local businesses listed on our blog and ask them to arrange delivery with us.
-
Cages. Please tell us about your cage through the cage donation form. We use donated cages for our fosters, and we also refurbish and sell cages as a fundraiser. We will tell you if we cannot take a cage, for example because it is unsafe or too far away to collect. By donating a cage, you confirm that it belongs to you and that you are giving it to CBPR for good.
We may decline any item that we believe is unsuitable or unsafe for birds.
Payment providers
SnapScan, PayPal and our website's payment provider process your payment under their own terms and may deduct fees, and we never see your card details.
Your information and messages
We use your information as set out in our Privacy Policy. We will only send you fundraising messages by email, SMS or WhatsApp if you have agreed to receive them, and you can opt out at any time.
Questions
Email info@cheekybeaks.org.za or WhatsApp +27 72 333 2207.
7. Shop, Gift Card and Delivery Terms
These terms apply when you buy something from the Cheeky Beaks Parrot Rescue shop, including the eGift Card. They are written to meet the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 and the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008. Last updated: [date].
Who you are buying from
Your seller is Cheeky Beaks Parrot Rescue NPC, a non-profit company with enterprise number 2019/633/199/08 and a registered NPO, 246-693. Our registered and physical address is [address]. You can reach us at info@cheekybeaks.org.za, on WhatsApp or by phone on +27 72 333 2207, and our website is www.cheekybeaks.org.za. [Add our VAT number, or a line saying CBPR is not VAT registered.]
Every rand we make from the shop goes back into the care of the birds.
What we sell
At the moment the shop sells The Parrot Chef Nutrition Guide & Recipe Book, currently available to pre-order at R350, and the CBPR eGift Card. Each product page describes the item, its price and anything you need to know before you buy. Prices are in South African rand and do not include VAT. Some items are made to order, so they may take longer to reach you, and we will keep you updated.
Placing an order
Before you pay, you will be able to review your whole order, correct any mistakes or cancel it. After you pay, we will email you a confirmation with your order details. Please check that your name, email and delivery address are right, because we cannot be responsible for orders sent to a wrong address you gave us.
Paying
You can pay with [list the payment methods your shop offers]. Payments are handled by [payment provider] and secured using encryption, and we do not see or store your card details.
Delivery
[Add couriers, delivery areas, costs and expected times, and whether collection is possible.] Delivery times start once your order has been paid for and, for made-to-order and pre-order items, once the item is ready. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave us.
Pre-orders
When you pre-order, you pay now and we dispatch the item once it is available, which we expect to be [date or month]. If that changes, we will let you know by email. If we cannot deliver within [60] days of the date we gave you, you may cancel and we will refund you in full.
Changing your mind
The Electronic Communications and Transactions Act lets you cancel many online purchases within seven days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, and the only cost you carry is the direct cost of returning them. The Act does not extend that right to books or to goods made to your specification, so it does not apply to the recipe book or to made-to-order items. [Optional goodwill clause: We will still accept the return of an unused, undamaged book within seven days of delivery for a refund of the price, less the cost of returning it.] If you cancel a purchase that does qualify, we will refund you within 30 days.
You can also cancel an order before it ships by emailing us with your order number.
Faulty or incorrect goods
If an item arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, please tell us within [6 months] of delivery. Under the Consumer Protection Act you may choose a repair, a replacement or a refund, and we will pay to collect or return it. Please send photographs where you can, so we can resolve it quickly.
eGift Card
-
The eGift Card is sent to the email address you give at checkout. Please check the address is correct.
-
It can be bought in the amounts shown on the gift card page, or in another amount of your choosing. [Add the minimum and maximum amounts.]
-
It can be used to pay for [shop items / confirm what it can be redeemed for]. It cannot be exchanged for cash.
-
The Consumer Protection Act says a prepaid voucher may not expire sooner than three years from the day it was issued, so we honour the card for at least that long, and the value belongs to whoever holds it.
-
If you lose the card, contact us with your order details and we will help where we can.
-
Gift card purchases are not donations, and we cannot issue a tax certificate for them.
Your information
We collect your name, contact details and delivery address to process and deliver your order. Our Privacy Policy explains how we protect this information, who we share it with and your rights. We will only send you marketing messages if you have agreed to receive them.
Problems and complaints
Please email info@cheekybeaks.org.za and we will reply within [5] business days. If we cannot sort out a problem together, you may contact the National Consumer Commission. These terms are governed by South African law.
