Our pet parrot nutrition guide and recipe book is finally available for pre-order after years of work. 

This magazine style 102 page physical book that includes articles from licensed veterinarians and contributions from many parrot owners and prominent names in the local parrot owning community as well as various recipes, will keep your parrot engaged during feeding times. 

Pre-orders will run until 26 October 2026. Printing will begin thereafter. We are expecting to ship out the books by end November 2026.  (We will share updates on our social media platforms to keep you updated during this process) 

Orders will be sent out via Pudo or Pep Paxi (please leave a note regarding delivery in your order to indicate which option you prefer as well as the locker name or pep branch). 

The profits from the book will be split between Cheeky Beaks NPO and Brainy Birds Sanctuary. 

We have both continually used our platforms to educate the public on proper parrot diet and the health implications of bad nutrition... This is a battle we still have to fight because of cheap pet store 'parrot mix' and fatty sunflower seed.
